Born Leonard Francis Bove on February 20, 1956 to Fred and Mary Bove in the Northwest part of Pennsylvania in America.
In 1984 Lenny moved to San Francisco California.
In 1989 Lenny created short film animations and won some awards for his film in "Baby Boom."
Over time Lenny Bove has constructed many art objects; in addition to paintings and drawings; Lenny Bove has performed and recorded with interesting music artists such as: The Fiftyfoot Hose (Cork Marcheschi), Tripod Jimmie (Tom Herman of Pere Ubu), Kwisp (Walter Funk III).
